My name is Sarah R. Boesger, MSW, LSW (she/her), and I would be thrilled to offer my support on your life journey.  I am a white, cisgender, aroace, fat, able-bodied, neurotypical solo mother and I have been working within the trans community as an advocate since 1999.  I am an action-oriented, goal-driven therapist who is dedicated to helping you reach the goals you set for yourself.  My favorite therapeutic method is DBT and I am working to be a certified DBT provider. I have experience working with individuals, couples and families and am comfortable working with people of all gender expressions and sexualities.  I have had the honor to work with people who are poly/ethically non-monogamous, sex workers and involved in the kink/BDSM scene.  I am interested in assisting clients in reaching gender euphoria and am WPATH informed; I have done many WPATH evaluations and letters of support for gender affirming care.  I testified in opposition to HB68 and am dedicated to continuing my advocacy against restrictions against gender affirming care for Ohioans of all ages.  In my free time, I love to thrift for weird vintage items, foster senior cats, and fight the patriarchy!
