Hi, I’m Jenn and I’m really glad you’re here!

 

I’m a Social Work Trainee currently completing my Master of Social Work at Northern Kentucky University. I’ve been a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III (LCDC III) since 2019 and also hold a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from UC (Go bearcats!) My background includes extensive experience in substance use & mental health treatment, as well as the criminal justice system, where I’ve supported individuals through some of life’s most overwhelming and complex moments.

 

In our work together, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and free from judgment. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, incorporating interactive techniques to help you navigate real-life situations in a meaningful way. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I strive to meet each client where they are in their journey. I have extensive experience working with adults processing trauma from earlier in life, and I also welcome the opportunity to work with adolescents, families, and older adults.

 

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply trying to better understand yourself, we’ll take it one step at a time, together! When you’re ready, I offer both in-person sessions at our Blue Ash office as well as online appointments through secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing.
