I am honored to be a lighthouse in the storms of life; offering support and hope to my clients.  I am a passionate and creative person and helping others brings me great joy.  I strive to be authentic in all I do and believe that comes across in my work. We are very passionate about helping those who are "othered" and are struggling with the stresses of being themselves in a world that doesn't always accept them. ​

I treat clients struggling with mood disorders (anxiety/depression), life changes, parenting struggles, borderline personality disorder, and neurodivergence. My primary treatment modality is dialectical beahvioral therapy.

EXPERIENCE

 

I have been a therapist since 2009 and have worked in several settings including home based therapy, private practice, school based therapy, group therapy and in community mental health centers. I have extensive training in dialectical behavioral therapy, radically-open dialectical behavioral therapy, eating disorder treatment, gender identity, sexuality and racial diversity, among many other topics!
