Hello y’all and welcome!

I'm excited to support you as you take meaningful steps toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. As a therapist intern, I bring experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a range of behavioral, developmental, and mental health concerns. My background also includes supporting individuals living with HIV/AIDS, as well as helping marginalized communities overcome barriers to housing, healthcare,
and substance use.

Rooted in both my professional and personal journey, I strive to offer a safe, affirming space where clients can feel seen, heard, and respected. I approach therapy through a mindfulness-based, cognitive behavioral lens, creating an environment of compassion and openness as we work together to navigate life’s challenges—whether cultural,
identity-based, or situational. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths and move toward a more centered, empowered version of yourself.

I’m originally from rural Kentucky and have since lived in Los Angeles, Lexington and Louisville. I earned my BS in Psychology in 2023 from the University of Louisville and will complete my Master of Social Work at Northern Kentucky University in December of 2025, with a micro-credential in trauma-informed care. Outside of the therapy room, you’ll often find me outdoors—running or cycling—or in the kitchen trying out new recipes and baking bread from scratch.

I'm looking forward to walking alongside you in this part of your journey.
