Welcome! My name is Steven. I’m glad you’re here.

​

Taking the first step is often the hardest, which is why my core value and approach to therapy is establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship using a person-centered lens. Everyone has a unique story and experience of the world, and you are the expert in that story. I believe that therapy should be a safe space to present and overcome struggles and celebrate successes along your journey. Utilizing cognitive-behavioral and dialectical-behavioral approaches to help make sense of the world, I believe we can work together to reach your goals.

 

Born and raised in Cincinnati, I graduated from La Salle High School and moved to Columbus. I graduated from Otterbein University in 2019, followed by earning my Master’s Degree from The Ohio State University in 2021 in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have worked for the past five years in school systems in Columbus and outside of Charlotte, North Carolina where I have had the opportunity to help students and families in navigating their life circumstances, triumphs and struggles alike.
