Starting counseling can be intimidating, and reaching out for support is often one of the hardest parts. I am here to help you take that first step by providing a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, embrace their strengths, and lead meaningful lives.
I use a person-centered approach, believing that each person has the capacity for growth, healing, and positive change. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I value genuine connection and believe that meaningful growth often happens through honest conversations, self-reflection, and feeling truly seen and understood.
I also have a passion for creativity and enjoy incorporating creative approaches into counseling when appropriate. Whether through play, art, storytelling, or other expressive activities, I strive to help clients explore themselves in ways that feel engaging and authentic. I especially enjoy working with children and creating a space where they can feel safe, supported, and free to express themselves.
Whether you are experiencing anxiety, navigating a life transition, facing relationship challenges, or seeking personal growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey. Together, we can build on your strengths, cultivate self-acceptance and resilience, and work toward a life that feels aligned with your values and goals.
