Do you often feel like you're carrying the weight of the world alone? Navigating the world can feel overwhelming, especially when anxiety, depression, and people-pleasing tendencies take hold. I understand how hard it is to take that first step toward therapy. I know that even the smallest tasks, like getting out of bed or brushing your teeth, can feel insurmountable when you're struggling. That's why I celebrate every small victory, because I know how much courage it takes to face each day. Choosing a therapist, sharing your story, and reopening old wounds can be daunting, but you don't have to do it alone.
I specialize in working with anyone who feels anxious, overwhelmed, and trapped in patterns of people-pleasing. My approach is centered around creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can open up at your own pace. My journey into mental health began with my own experiences of anxiety. I've been where you are, and I have felt the same loneliness and fear.
In our sessions, we'll work together to build a path forward, focusing on what matters most to you. Whether it's managing daily anxiety, setting boundaries, or finding joy in the little things, I'm here to support you every step of the way. My hope is to help you build a life that feels worth living, one step at a time. Let's take the first step together!
