Hello folks!! My name is Meagan and I am a counselor trainee (CT) currently receiving my Master’s degree through Xavier University's mental health clinical counseling program. Through past experiences in clinical work and current education, I have found a deep passion for integrating clinical based theories like dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT) under a person centered approach. My therapeutic philosophy stems in the recognition of your experiences and your expertise in the aspects that influence your everyday life. Life can bring immense challenges and intense experiences that can have everlasting impacts on how we navigate our inner and outer worlds. Through our work together, we can explore coping skills and therapeutic tools that best fit you to fulfill what you hope to gain throughout your therapeutic journey!
