Hi! I’m Lindsey, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor trained in EMDR. I am committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and meaningful support. Life can feel incredibly heavy at times; whether you're carrying the weight of past trauma, struggling with anxiety, or facing a major transition and I believe that no one should have to face those experiences alone.

 

My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and truly understood. Therapy isn’t just about managing symptoms, it’s about creating space for healing, selfdiscovery, and growth. I work collaboratively with each client to build a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, authenticity, and respect.

 

I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, and life transitions, and I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each person I work with. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. This integrative approach allows us to address both the emotional and physiological aspects of healing, while honoring your personal values, identity, and goals.

 

Healing is not about fixing what’s “broken”, it’s about honoring your story, rediscovering your strength, and finding new ways to move forward with self-compassion and confidence. No matter where you are on your journey, you don’t have to walk it alone.
