Welcome! I’m Kelsey, and I’m passionate about helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges. I believe every person carries strength, even in moments when it feels hard.

 

I’m a LSW, MSW with training rooted in trauma informed and evidence based care. After completing my undergraduate degree at the University of Cincinnati and my master’s at The Ohio State University, I’ve focused my work on supporting both children and adults through meaningful, compassionate therapeutic relationships.

 

I enjoy working with children through play therapy, and I’m especially passionate about supporting adults with Borderline Personality Disorder using DBT, as they build emotional resilience and meaningful change. My approach integrates DBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, always tailored to each person’s unique needs. I’m currently pursuing my LISW and plan to become EMDR certified to further support trauma recovery.

 

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with a camera exploring the Cincinnati area. I’m a proud cat mom to three, and someone who feels most grounded when spending time in nature.
