Julia sees clients of all ages, families, and couples virtually.
Welcome! I’m glad you landed here. As a marriage and family therapist, I’m honored to support individuals, couples, and
older children/teens in their journeys toward healing and growth. With a nonjudgmental, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach, I offer a safe and supportive space for self-discovery and authentic expression. Whether you’re navigating relationship distress, life transitions, parenting challenges, betrayal, depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, or simply sensing that something feels off, I would be honored to walk alongside you toward a more peaceful place. Even though I am trained as a marriage and family therapist, I do also love working with individuals - let's face it, many of our individual stressors are the result of relationships!
My integrative framework includes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFIT), the Gottman Method, CBT, and narrative therapy, allowing me to tailor our work to your unique needs and goals. I proudly welcome multicultural, interracial, interfaith, LGBTQ+, and polyamorous couples.
Because I’m a virtual clinician, I currently offer family work primarily in two-person formats, such as parent-child or caregiver-teen sessions.
Seeking therapy and exploring new aspects of yourself and your relationships is a courageous step. I’m a good fit for clients who want a therapist who is warm, collaborative, and gently direct, while helping you build lasting change both emotionally and practically.
