Hello, I’m Jamie— a Licensed  Social Worker based in Ohio with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and a Master’s degree from the University of Kentucky. I take a whole-person, individualized approach to therapy, honoring each person’s unique story, strengths, and challenges.

 

My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel truly understood and supported. I believe in helping people express their truth and explore the deeper layers of who they are. I often think of life as a tapestry—rich, intricate, and sometimes tangled—and I’m here to walk alongside you as you untangle, discover, and find meaning.

 

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem challenges, and the effects of significant trauma. My experience includes supporting those who have faced intimate partner violence, coercive control, and mental, physical, emotional, or sexual abuse at any stage of life.

 

Because healing is not one-size-fits-all, I tailor our work to your personal experiences, at the pace and direction you choose. Together, we’ll build practical skills and tools you can carry in to everyday life—helping you navigate challenges, improve your well-being, and achieve your goals. Most importantly, you’ll be in the driver’s seat—because you are the expert of your own life.
