I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education from Union Institute & University and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. This background gives me a unique perspective on development across all ages from children to adults.

 

My approach is rooted in deep compassion and collaboration. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to provide a judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you're feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, or simply not like yourself, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you.

 

You are not broken, and you don't need to be "fixed." My focus is on creating a safe, supportive relationship where we can gently explore your experiences and build a greater sense of safety within yourself.

 

I specialize in supporting adults, teens, and children navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. Grounded in Person-Centered and Trauma-Informed principles, our work is tailored to your unique needs. I also offer expressive art therapy techniques like drawing or painting for times when words feel like too much. No artistic experience needed; it's all about the process and never the product.

 

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching movies, and having deep conversations. These remind me of the connection and genuineness I hope to foster in our work together.
