Welcome!! I can’t wait to walk alongside you as you start on this healing journey. Originally from North Carolina, I received my undergraduate degree in psychology with a minor in neuroscience from University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2020. I moved to Cincinnati to earn my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from University of Cincinnati in 2022. Since then, I have worked in a number of clinical settings, specifically working with kids involved in multiple systems and their families.

 

I have a deep appreciation for working with those who have difficulty finding meaning and purpose in their lives, as well as those affected by trauma. I feel honored to be someone who is able to help others build a life worth living.

 

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with friends, going to the parks around town, and playing with my cat!
