Hi there! My name is Emmaline and I am so happy to have you here!

 

I am a Social Worker Trainee, currently working on my Masters of Social Work through Louisiana State University. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UC and have 4 years of experience in the mental health field with children and adolescents.

 

My experience is in an inpatient and outpatient setting working to ensure safety, therapeutic learning, and connecting to resources. I also have experience working with individuals who are incarcerated and helping to coordinate care both while incarcerated and upon discharge into the community.

 

I know that finding someone you connect with and feel safe enough to talk about your needs can feel overwhelming or even scary. My goal is to create a space that allows you to feel safe and comfortable so that we can navigate your goals together.

 

I always want to make sure you feel respected and heard while working together. Whether you need help navigating relationships, life transitions, new diagnoses, or simply the challenges that life tends to throw our way, I hope to support you through them all.
