Hi i'm Emi Cosenza (she/her) I believe everyone deserves a space where they can simply be themselves, talk openly, feel heard, and know they do not have to navigate life alone.
My goal as a therapist is to create an environment where you feel safe, comfortable, accepted, and supported from the moment you walk in. I understand therapy can feel intimidating at first, so I strive to make the process welcoming, collaborative, and genuine —a space where you can work through challenges, explore your identity, strengthen relationships, or simply feel heard.
Utilizing a person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approach, I believe healing and growth happen best when people feel emotionally safe and authentically understood. Originally from Columbus, I have lived in the Cincinnati area for the past six years and earned both my bachelor’s degree in 2024 and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2026 from the University of Cincinnati. I have experience working with a diverse client population and supporting individuals navigating a wide range of mental health concerns, life transitions, and personal challenges. Outside of the office I enjoy playing guitar, skiing, and trying new restaurants!
Above all, I want you to know that you do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You are welcome exactly as you are. I look forward to being part of your journey.
