Elyssa will be seeing adult clients in Tri County, and virtually.

I'm a neurodivergent, queer therapist who believes healing happens when we feel truly seen and safe in our own bodies. My approach blends Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and somatic techniques to help you build inner safety, self-compassion, and space for joy- even when life feels chaotic and messy. As someone who navigates the world through multiple intersecting identities- as an adoptee, a queer person, and a neurodivergent human- I value creating a therapy space where all parts of you are welcome.

My goal is to walk alongside you with curiosity, authenticity, and humor as your reconnect with yourself and your values. Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me spending time with my partner Sam, our dog and two cats, rewatching favorite shows, enjoying theatre, or reading a good book. I love laughter, deep conversations, and a good board game night- because joy too is a form of resilience.
