Welcome! I recognize the strength it takes to ask for help, and I am honored that you are considering
letting me be a part of your journey.

Life is both beautiful and messy. Healing isn’t linear, and it takes more than time alone. Our
experiences—from birth to the present—shape who we are, how we cope, and how we move through
the world. Together, we will gently peel back those layers, understand their impact, and learn how to
move beyond the past to reshape your future. Whether you are seeking healing from trauma, support
through illness, clarity in relationships or family conflict, a path toward greater wellness, or a safe and
validating space to just be—you don’t have to journey through it alone.

With a trauma-informed and affirming approach, I offer a space of safety and compassion for all that
you have experienced. I will teach you tools and strategies to help you move forward—always
respecting you as the expert in your own life.
