I’ve been in the social service field for over a decade, specializing in trauma-informed care and
prevention education. I work with survivors of sexual trauma, intimate partner violence, and
individuals navigating intimacy challenges or seeking healthier relationships. If you’re looking to
heal from past trauma, rebuild self-worth, or feel more confident in your relationships, I’m here
to help you uncover your inner strength and take those steps toward the life you deserve.

 

Therapy isn’t always easy, but I believe in meeting you where you are with compassion, warmth,
and genuine support. My approach is trauma-focused and rooted in strength and solutions-
based techniques. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, while also building the skills
and tools you need to move forward with confidence and clarity.

When I am not working, I enjoy reading (anything romantasy/fantasy is great), trying to be better
at yoga, spending time with friends, listening to music, or trying new foods.
