Inclusive Counseling

Every person deserves support, care, and the chance to heal their experiences to foster the best life for themselves. I believe every person deserves therapeutic space to process their internal and external experiences. This is the core of the work I do as a therapist with my clients. In therapy together, I utilize cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approaches to identify goals and support clients in reaching these goals. My role as a therapist is to reflect with my client on the concerns they bring to our session space and emphasize individual strengths in our work together.

 

I have been in the mental health field the past eight years working with individuals and families including time spent in working with both adults and adolescents in outpatient therapy in the school, home, and community settings. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Indiana University in 2018 and my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University in 2021. The primary client concerns I work alongside include childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, sexual trauma, and life transitions.
