I integrate approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to help clients understand their emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop healthier ways of responding to stress, conflict, and vulnerability.

 

Together, we’ll work to reduce shame and guilt, strengthen your sense of self, and create more fulfilling and secure connections. My approach is eclectic, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can “take your shoes off” and simply be yourself.
