Welcome! I’m so glad you are taking the first step toward healing. As a therapist, I work continuously to ensure each client feels welcome just as they are, and feels supported through their healing journey. I believe everyone is unique and I tailor my approach to each client’s needs.

I received my undergraduate psychology degree in 2018 from the University of Cincinnati (Go Bearcats!), and I have been working in the mental health field ever since! In 2021, I graduated with my Masters in Social Work with a focus on mental health. In the 5 years that I have been working in mental health, I have worked with a wide range of ages, diagnoses, socioeconomic statuses, races, gender identities, sexualities, and ethnicities. Although I have enjoyed working with all my clients, I do have a special place in my heart for kids! I am currently pursuing my certification in Play Therapy, and enjoy engaging kids in play therapy interventions.

When I’m not working, I love being outside! I enjoy finding new trails to walk with my 2 dogs, Ian and Dolly, or even just sitting outside on a nice day. I especially love bird watching, and can identify most “backyard birds” in Ohio! I also enjoy finding and learning new artistic skills, which I’m a self proclaimed “jack of all trades, master of none” in.
