Trauma leaves a mark on our bodies & minds, & healing from trauma is a gentle & important process, which we will navigate together. Anxiety, depression, identity, and relationship issues can be scary to handle, but I believe that everyone knows their needs best, and I am honored to accompany you as you create the healthy life you deserve, meeting those needs.

I spent the last 10 years working in various crisis-intervention & community-based positions that inform my practice in partnership with theory. I specialize in trauma-focused treatment, queer-centered treatment, religious trauma & cult recovery, & work with activists. I love incorporating nature & art into treatment & am happy to tailor our work toward you.
