I received my BA from Ohio University with a Major in Art Therapy and a Minor in Psychology. I then attended The University of Cincinnati earning my Master’s Degree in the field of Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been a Licensed Social Worker since 1994 and have worked with a wide spectrum of patients and situations throughout my years of experience including teenagers through adult and geriatric populations. I have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient psychiatric hospital, the school system, in patient homes, group homes, and Home Health Care and Hospice. I use a variety of evidence-based practices and work with you to strive to unlock the best person you can be addressing complex issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, substance abuse, stress management, chronic illness and mood disorders.
