My goal is to empower people as they work towards improving their mental health and creating the life they want for themselves.  To achieve this goal, I assist clients in discovering/identifying their strengths, processing emotions, and creating plans for positive change.  I provide a non-judgmental and safe space to promote creativity and openness, with a focus on creating a comfortable working relationship.

Every person is different, so I tailor my approach to fit individual needs and interests. My clinical specialties include play/art therapy, trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy. My approach when working with children is to meet them on their level and provide care in a way that works to interest and engage them.  I practice from a holistic approach that involves the child’s family and caretakers in their treatment as best meets client needs.

I work with adults who are struggling with:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Trauma

  • Life transitions

  • Parenting stress

I work with children ranging in ages 4-18 years
