Inclusive Counseling

I believe healing happens in relationship. I view clients as the experts of their own lives, and I strive to create a safe, affirming space for exploration, growth, and transformation. With a background in Special Education, where individualization was key, my person-centered approach to counseling has proven effective over my decade of experience working with young people and families throughout Southwest Ohio. I am passionate about providing support, resources, and access to those facing barriers to living their most fulfilled and authentic lives. 

 

In my career, I have treated a broad range of concerns, most commonly anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Healing takes time, and I encourage a gentle, consistent pace within our work together. Through probing questions, perspective-taking, and self-compassion, I aim to build a foundation that fosters curiosity, awareness, regulation, and resilience. Collaboratively, we can create a toolbox that helps you feel seen and empowered.

 

Therapeutic work is a process, and finding the right therapist for YOU is essential for successful mental health outcomes. My current modalities include:
