My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in meeting you exactly where you are.I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. I am passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and those navigating gender identity and expression. I offer gender-affirming care and am committed to creating a therapeutic space where all identities are valued and celebrated. My clinical approach draws from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based work, and trauma-informed care. Whether you’re looking to better understand your emotions, build coping tools, or make meaningful life changes, we’ll work together at your pace — with empathy, encouragement, and trust.You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. I'm here to support you on your journey toward stability, self-discovery, and healing.
