I approach therapy from an evolutionary psychology framework, drawing from my training in various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. With over 20 years of experience in the film industry, I resonate with creatives, introverts, and those who feel like outcasts. My passion lies in creating brave and nonjudgmental spaces where clients of all backgrounds are heard, seen, and respected for their unique stories and strengths. 

 

Originally hailing from the Tuscan town of Lucca, Italy, I made the life-changing decision to relocate to the United States in 2013. In 2004, I completed my Master's degree in Film Studies at the University of Rome III, and in 2023, I attained my Master's in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach. With three years of experience as a dedicated counselor and therapist, I am committed to serving others. I am a devoted husband and proud dad.
