I am grateful that you are considering me to be a part of your passage to healing and self-discovery.

I am a native Cincinnatian, born and raised in the community of Lincoln Heights. I am a licensed social worker in the State of Ohio and a proud alumnus of the Northern Kentucky University (Go Norse!!) where I completed both undergrad (2019) and graduate (2020) programs.  I have an extensive background working with youth and their families as a mentor as well as working in various other youth serving capacities including my church body. My journey as a clinician began one year ago and since that time, I have been privileged to work with both adults and youth in a clinical setting which has provided a great level of experience and new levels of understanding of what it means to establish an effective therapeutic relationship.

My objective is to always provide service with excellence and to work with clients from the vantage point of meeting each client where they are. I believe that we are all in tune with the things that we need, but sometimes the road that lies ahead of us is an uncertain one. I aim to serve as a guide providing direction as you navigates your individual journey. The guidance that I provide follows a trauma-informed, strengths-based model in which I don’t desire to tell you what to do but help you to determine what the best solution will be that gets the results that you desire. I am also a member of our DBT team and am training as a DBT therapist!

I am a Grief Recovery Expert as well and would be happy to walk you through the process of grieving in dealing with the pain of emotional loss in any relationship.
